Do you require professional, round-the-clock and residential dementia care in Singapore for your loved ones?
Our dedicated professional care teams will ensure that your loved ones with dementia are engaged and supported throughout their stay at our nursing homes.
Your loved ones can gain access to round-the-clock nursing care, specialised dementia care and intensive physiotherapy (for residents with the potential to return home). They can be engaged in activities such as gardening, karaoke, and arts and crafts. There are also interactive day spaces to provide sensory stimulation for residents.
While you are away in the day, our dementia day care can support you by taking care of your loved one and engaging them.
At Dementia Day Care, your loved one can get access to suitable programmes like THOR® (Therapy Through Occupational Roles) programme which is suitable for persons with mild dementia, and helps them maintain their cognitive and physical functions by giving them opportunities to contribute to everyday tasks. Another programme is PEACE (Personalised and Enriching Activities to Care for Enhanced dementia) which includes sensory-rich activities suitable for persons with moderate to severe dementia. We also provide many other services such as reminiscence therapy, music therapy and intergenerational activities.
Here, we can provide your senior loved one with the right type of engagement to help preserve their mental abilities and minimise memory degeneration.
Keen to keep your loved one occupied with fun activities in the day, but want to try something short term or ad-hoc? Our flexible care arrangements allow for more options to engage seniors who are new to caregiving services, or who require help for fewer hours in the day.
Fun with Friends is a weekly 3-hour programme designed specifically for persons with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia. Seniors can enjoy physical exercises, mind-stimulating puzzles and games, learn how to prepare meals and participate in music and art programmes in small group settings of up to 12 persons.
DayCare+ is a virtual programme designed to keep seniors active and engaged at home through fun online activities. Seniors can follow along to a guided programme that may include stretching and light cardio exercises, reminiscence activities, games such as Bingo and puzzles, and virtual tours.
