While you wait for long-term caregiver arrangements, we can help care for your loved one after they come home from the hospital.
With our Interim Caregiver Service, our trained and professional Nursing Aides will visit your loved one’s home to provide short-term nursing care while they recover from medical procedures.
Do note that your loved one will need to be referred by a discharge nurse and medical social worker at restructured hospitals and community hospitals to qualify for this service.
I am appreciative of nursing aid Dan’s support, especially after my dad’s discharge from hospital. He is friendly and willing to share his insights and tips on better care methods in handling the patient.

I’m very delighted that Mary Ann is assigned to take care of my Dad. Your selfless support and initiatives towards a patient’s recovery are always praiseworthy. The support and care you provide are more powerful than medicine. Because they come with compassion and kindness. Thank you all for your great service!
Mr Thomas Lee, son of Home Care client
Kiran's quiet ways of attending to my mum and her constant reassurance that 'all will be well' gave a great deal of comfort to my mum. She also confidently advised me on numerous occasions on how I can give better care to my mum. My mum found it easy to communicate with the care team and that made her truly happy.
Ms Sheela Devi V. Kannusamy, daughter of Home Care client
Mary Ann has a cheerful personality that is easy for my mum and I to get along with. Furthermore she is also hardworking and responsible person. With her taking care of my mother, it has given me more time to focus on my work.
Mr Max Lim, son of Home Care client
Nurse Aide Ezra and Sandeep were such delights to have around! My grandmother adored Ezra, who was very attentive and went the extra mile to send us daily reports on my grandma, and even checked on my grandmother on the days she was not working with us. Such an amazing experience, would definitely recommend!

Interim Caregiver Services require a referral from a community or public hospital, and are only for clients who have recently been discharged from the hospital, requiring nursing care. Standard enrolment takes 7-14 days.
We can however provide hourly care services with our Home Care Services. Our Care Associates can help seniors with light housekeeping, feeding and personal hygiene, amongst others.
With our Home Care Services, Care Associates visit a client's home to help with daily activities such as light housekeeping, feeding, preparing meals, up-keeping of personal hygiene and companionship.
In comparison, Interim Caregiver Service (ICS) requires a referral from a medical social worker at a public or community hospital. ICS is served by our Nursing Aides, who are registered nurses that help with post-hospital discharge nursing procedures.
