What are Home Care Services?

Home care services cover a range of care services, such as nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and basic personal care such as showering, in the comfort of home. Home care services aim to support elderly, disabled or ill individuals to continue living at home while receiving the care they need. Home care services also provide respite care when the domestic helper is on leave, professional housekeeping services, companionship, light meal preparation, and can provide services like running errands and grocery shopping.

What we offer

Our Home Care service team will provide your loved ones with the warmth of companionship and make sure their basic care needs are well looked after at the same time.

Our professionally trained Care Staff can visit your loved one at home to help with:

Respite care when the domestic helper is on leave
Personal hygiene (showering/bed bath/toileting/grooming)
Physical maintenance exercises
Medication reminders and supervision
Medical escort (without transport)
Grocery shopping
Companionship and recreational activities
Dementia care (mentally stimulating activities)
Meal reminders and preparation

Our home care service also includes professional housekeeping by trusted vendors.

We are blessed to have Rosanna to spend an hour with Mum every Monday afternoon . She comes up with a variety of activities (besides the usual colouring) to engage Mum. Once she even bought a small cake to celebrate her birthday with Mum and the helper.

From $5.60/hr with subsidy
From $40/hr without subsidy (GST excluded)

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may be eligible for government subsidies and financial assistance, depending on the monthly household income per person, amongst other criteria. The amount of subsidy will be determined through the National Means Testing System (NMTS).

To enrol in our Home Care service, fill up the enquiry form below. Prior to the start of any Home Care service, a registered nurse, therapist or doctor will conduct an assessment to assess the cognitive and functional skills of your loved ones before developing a care plan tailored to their needs.
