See a doctor for medical check-ups, consultations and prescriptions to save on the inconvenience of commuting. With our Home Medical service, your loved ones can receive the medical attention they need without having to leave home.
Prescriptions by our doctors are accepted at all polyclinics and selected specialist outpatient clinics in Singapore.
Our Home Medical services are suitable for those who require regular home visits by a doctor. The processing time for application and service confirmation usually takes about 3 - 5 working days. As part of the application process, supporting documents are needed to help us better understand your loved one’s needs.
Please note that we do not provide one-off, same day, doctor-on-call services.

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may be eligible for government subsidies and financial assistance, depending on the monthly household income per person, amongst other criteria. The amount of subsidy will be determined through the National Means Testing System (NMTS).

To enrol in our Home Care service, contact 6715 6715 or fill up the enquiry form below. Prior to the start of any Home Care service, a registered nurse, therapist or doctor will conduct an assessment to assess the cognitive and functional skills of your loved ones before developing a care plan tailored to their needs.
Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 9am – 6pm
Urgent request after office hours (6pm – 10pm) – subject to availability

Clients with our Home Medical service can make payments via GIRO, cheque, SAM, AXS machines, as well as Internet Bank Transfers and PayNow or PayLah!.
Same-day emergency house calls by our Home Medical doctors are made on a case-by-case basis.
