Fitness Activities

Tired of the usual stroll or jog in the park? Why not try circuit training or kickboxing?

Circuit training is perfect for maintaining your flexibility, balance, strength and cardio fitness, while ensuring that you never have a dull moment!

Work up a sweat through alternating between 8 to 12 different exercise stations for a total-body conditioning effect. Other than cardio and bodyweight exercises, we also incorporate the use of our digitalised pneumatic gym machines that are suitable for all ages. Our machines can monitor your progress over time, and are gentle on your muscles and joints.

Think again if you thought Kickboxing is only for the young. Specially adapted to exclude sparring, our Kickboxing programme is a full body cardio-fitness exercise with fun combinations of low impact punches and kicks under the guidance of an experienced trainer. Now who is ready to de-stress and punch their way to better strength and agility?

For those who are looking for a more personalised workout to maintain your strength for everyday tasks, look no further than our friendly and professionally-trained instructors at Gym Tonic.

Featuring 1-on-1 consultations, you will adopt a scientifically proven training approach, customised for your fitness level to improve your functional abilities.

You can also track your performance over time through our gym equipment which are safer and gentler on your muscles and joints!

Social Activities

Want to spend a day surrounded by friends doing an activity you love? Or do you want to volunteer to help someone in need? Why not do both at the same time? Show some love to the people who need it most by offering your time and skills to them.

Are you ready to make someone’s day? You can do so by leading a class or an interest group, cooking for others or simply offering companionship to someone who needs it. Don’t have the necessary skills? Don’t worry! We offer regular volunteers the opportunity to learn and pick up new skills so that they can in turn help other volunteers.
