I wish to commend on the coach for his daily zoom exercises with seniors who are stuck at home due to the Covid-19 situation. His daily exercise with seniors kept us occupied, proactive with nimble body, happy mind and alert. Also, we never had a dull moment due to his bubbly and effervescent personality throughout the hour long exercise.

Developed in-house by our physiotherapists, Circuit Training is a moderate intensity training programme. It includes not only strength but also cardiovascular and balance exercises using age-friendly pneumatic machines (HUR brand imported from Finland) to boost metabolism and build muscular strength and endurance.
