Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may be eligible for government subsidies and financial assistance, depending on the monthly household income per person, amongst other criteria. The amount of subsidy will be determined through the National Means Testing System (NMTS).

To enrol in our Home Care service, contact 6715 6715 or fill up the enquiry form below. Prior to the start of any Home Care service, a registered nurse, therapist or doctor will conduct an assessment to assess the cognitive and functional skills of your loved ones before developing a care plan tailored to their needs.
- What are the operating hours for your private nurses?
Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) 9am – 6pm. Urgent requests, such as same-day nurse visits and activations within less than 24 hours. This is dependent on nurse’s availability and subject to an additional surcharge.
- Do you provide night caregiving?
Our Home Nursing services are available Monday to Friday from 9am – 6pm. Speak to us if you would like to request for special arrangements to engage our private nurses at night.
- Are your care staff able to perform procedures such as wound dressing or tube feeding?
Only Registered Nurses with our Home Nursing service are able to perform a wide range of nursing procedures including wound dressing, tube feeding, changing urinary catheters, oral suction of phlegm, monitoring of vital signs and more.
- Can you provide daily catheter insertion services?
Our private nurses provide catheter insertion services once every 4-6 weeks, depending on condition. We also provide caregiver training where daily catheter changes are required.
- Can you provide assistance for suction of phlegm?
Our private nurses can perform oral suctioning of phlegm. Please note that clients are required to have a suction machine.
- Can you provide wound cleaning and changing of dressing 2-3 times a week?
Our private nurses provide wound cleaning and changing of dressings. Frequency of visits will be assessed by our nurses. Please ensure you have sufficient dressing consumables prior to each nurse visit.
- My mother was diagnosed with colon cancer and has installed a stoma bag. Can your home nurses help to change the stoma bag?
Yes, our private nurses can provide stoma bag changes. Please ensure you have sufficient dressing consumables prior to each nurse visit.
- My 84yr old dad is on urinary catheter & bed ridden. Can you provide assistance with changing his diapers, medication & feeding?
Our home nurses can provide medication packing and change of feeding tubes. Nursing aides can assist in diaper changes and tube feeding as well. Please ensure you have sufficient dressing consumables prior to each nurse visit.
- How quickly can I start to engage your services?
The processing time for application and service confirmation usually takes about 3-14 working days. As part of the application process, supporting documents and a scheduled nurse’s assessment are needed to help us better understand your loved one’s needs.
