Housekeeping
Require assistance with your housekeeping needs?
Our professional housekeeping partner offers various housekeeping packages that can be tailored to accommodate your specific requirements. Simply let us know what you need, and we will take care of the rest!
Home Personal Care
Have a senior loved one who requires help with showering or other needs? Our team will provide your loved ones with the warmth of companionship and make sure their basic care needs are well looked after at the same time. Get help also with running errands, moving about the home safely, and companionship for your loved ones at home.
Intensive Care Support
While you wait for long-term caregiver arrangements, our Intensive Care Support service offers support for your senior loved one during their recovery at home. Whether you need short-term assistance after hospitalisation or help with Assisted Daily Living, our professionally trained care staff will provide expert care tailored to your needs. Befriending and Custodial Support
We offer Custodial Support to ensure your senior loved one's well-being remains a priority. We keep your senior loved one engaged through regular telephone or video calls to check in on their mental and physical well-being. We also assist them with administrative support such as applications to enable them to continue to live well within the community.
24/7 Tech Monitoring and Response
We work with partners to provide 24/7 round-the-clock monitoring services. This includes monitoring and promptly responding to fall alerts, conducting necessary triaging or verification, and activating emergency medical response (EMR) services when needed.

The Care Associate engaged my sister in motor skills activities like handicrafts, sewing, colouring, and exercises, and spent time talking with her. When I am home on weekends, I could run errands like getting a haircut, buying groceries, or doing some gardening while the Care Associate attended to my sister. I appreciate the time the Care Associate spends with my sister, and their ability to communicate and keep her company when they are alone together.

To enrol in our Home Care service, contact 6715 6715 or fill up the enquiry form below. Prior to the start of any Home Care service, a registered nurse, therapist or doctor will conduct an assessment to assess the cognitive and functional skills of your loved ones before developing a care plan tailored to their needs.
Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays) – 8am to 6pm

After Office Hours – Subject to Availability 24/7 round-the-clock monitoring
We do not provide “stay in” helpers. However, we do provide hourly Home Care Service, or short-term stays at our nursing homes.
HPC needs separate referrals for extra services like caregiver support and befriending, and it mainly covers light housekeeping and basic check-ins with the client. On the other hand, HPC+ offers a more flexible approach, where clients can choose different services, such as extended personal care, full-house cleaning, monthly visits or calls, and 24/7 home monitoring, all with just one referral. Currently, HPC+ is available in Woodlands and Jurong West areas.
Only Registered Nurses with our Home Nursing service are able to perform a wide range of nursing procedures including wound dressing, tube feeding, changing urinary catheters, oral suction of phlegm, monitoring of vital signs and more.
Whether your loved one is living with dementia or recovering from stroke, our Home Care services are tailored to each senior’s needs. Dementia care, therapy and rehabilitation can all be provided to your loved one in the comfort of their home. Call us at 6715 6715 for more information.
The processing time for application and service confirmation is usually about 3-14 working days. As part of the application process, supporting documents and a scheduled nurse’s assessment are needed to help us better understand your loved one’s needs.
Our Home Care Services are typically available from 8 am to 6 pm. However, we understand that you may require assistance after hours. Please speak to us if you would like to arrange for our Home Care Services at night; additional surcharges apply.
