Life as a nurse in NTUC Health

Good support, strong encouragement, and teamwork are some of the core values I experience and deliver during my work in NTUC Health. One of my duties is to coach new joiners, especially the foreign staff who are new to Singapore and the nursing home work environment. With a strong and supportive culture, the new joiners know that they can easily adapt to the new surroundings and rely on the team for help when needed.

I have an interest in education and research work. As an active member of the Chai Chee Nursing Home - Project Pneumonia. I am happy to find the support I need here at NTUC Health, which enabled me to conduct my research on the Pneumonia Risk Assessment (PRA) tool for residents and share my knowledge with my colleagues, residents, and caregivers.
