The Dementia Toolkit has been useful for my wife to retain her memory and to keep her company. She is motivated to do the activities with Zainab’s help. I would recommend these activities to other users to improve their cognitive ability and to put smiles on their faces. Keep up the good work!
Mr Peter, caregiver of Mdm Leow Hui Cheng
The care team has been very accommodating and responsive to my questions. There was once when my father’s feeding tube got dislodged in the middle of the night. I did not know what to do and immediately texted Siti for advice. She very patiently told me what I should do and also assured me that it will be okay. Beyond providing my parents with the care they need, I am also comforted to know that I have someone to go to for support and advice.
Ms Nuraini, caregiver of Mr Sainani and Mdm Asiah
Thank you for what you have done for my mother. She always looked forward to your visits so it made it so much easier for her to agree to home care. From the way you cared for my mother, it is obvious home care is not a job to you, but a calling.
Ms Joni, daughter of Mdm Cheow Mee Keow
Many thanks to NTUC Health for rendering Care at Home service to help relieve caregivers like myself so that we can have a break from stress resulting from taking care of our loved ones. Thanks also for dispatching trustworthy, honest and suitable senior care assistants to care for my mother who has dementia.
Ivy Teo, caregiver of Mdm Ng New Chew
The caregiver you have provided is a perfect fit for both of my parents. He is not only really caring and methodical, but also neat and very sincere. The current arrangement is really a huge relief for us.
Ashkin AB, Daughter of Mr Abu Bakar Bin Haron
I really appreciate the service provided by the caregiver, Ms Tabaquero Catherine Telib. She has done an excellent and wonderful job. She is patient and professional even though handling a sick elderly person can be a daunting task. She even went the extra mile to teach and share her experience with me on how to care for my elderly mother-in-law. I would like to request Ms Catherine to be my mother-in-law’s caregiver in future. Well done, Ms Catherine!
Mdm Suhaime Bin Tagumi, Daughter-in-law of Mdm Sibah Bte Salim
