Code of Conduct for Volunteers

The NTUC Health Co-operative Ltd. Code of Conduct for Volunteers aims to ensure that all volunteers understand the standard of conduct required. Volunteers are expected to behave in a manner that abides by the code of conduct at all times when carrying out their duties and interactions.

There are other centre/role-specific guidelines and protocols depending on the specific role requirements or settings (i.e. Nursing Home/ Day Centre for Seniors/ Home Care/ Active Ageing Centre). Please check with your volunteer coordinator for these other specific Dos and Don’ts before you start volunteering.
