Working in NTUC Health has allowed me to gain valuable experience in diverse clinical settings, from nursing home to day rehab centre. The seniors under my care are my motivation to improve my skills. They are always encouraging me to try out new things. Watching them enjoy and benefit from my sessions gives me great satisfaction.
I am gratified to be in a dedicated team that fosters a supportive and collaborative culture, working towards a common goal of achieving quality of life for our clients!
Nur Aidah Binte Sanwari
Physiotherapist
I joined NTUC Health because I wanted to experience working in the community care setting which would allow me to provide a more comprehensive care plan for my clients and witness the improvements in their quality of life.
NTUC Health’s focus on learning culture has also allowed me to continuously upgrade my skills, ensuring I stay current and grow as a well-trained practitioner alongside the organisation.
