Individuals who are passionate and eager to explore the community care industry have to go through a career trial. During this trial, you will get a glimpse of what it is like working in a Senior Day Care Centre as well as understudying our Community Care Associates.
Our Senior Day Care Centres operate from Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm.
We provide structured training and development for both experienced staff as well as mid career switches seeking to enter the healthcare (community care) sector. Upon confirmation employee will be scheduled and sponsored for external training appointed by Agency of Integrated Care to be certified in WSQ higher certificate in Healthcare (Community Care).
As a Community Care Associate, I engage seniors in various activities, creating a supportive environment that encourages them to rebuild their confidence and embrace their physical well-being. Employees will embark on a two-year learning roadmap that will build and enhance your skills and competencies to excel in your role in the areas of dementia care, client engagement, and foundational therapy.
