This centre is amazing! Since my 82 year old mum joined, she has been significantly happier and looks forward to coming. She likes her new friends and especially the warmth shown from the team. They never showed any impatience to her slow movements and every word is of kindness. Thank you for training such an awesome team! They have been very kind to my mum. We are very grateful with many many thanks! This environment makes elderly feel safe and welcome.

I wish to commend on the coach for his daily zoom exercises with seniors who are stuck at home due to the Covid-19 situation. His daily exercise with seniors kept us occupied, proactive with nimble body, happy mind and alert. Also, we never had a dull moment due to his bubbly and effervescent personality throughout the hour long exercise.
