This centre is amazing! Since my 82 year old mum joined, she has been significantly happier and looks forward to coming. She likes her new friends and especially the warmth shown from the team. They never showed any impatience to her slow movements and every word is of kindness. Thank you for training such an awesome team! They have been very kind to my mum. Circuit Training
Developed in-house by our physiotherapists, Circuit Training is a moderate intensity training programme. It includes not only strength but also cardiovascular and balance exercises using age-friendly pneumatic machines (HUR brand imported from Finland) to boost metabolism and build muscular strength and endurance.
