With 24 years of experience in Allied Health in Singapore, Irene Toh has been Head of Allied Health and Senior Principal Physiotherapist at NTUC Health for the last six years.
As a member of multiple MOH workgroups such as National Allied Health Strategy Implementation Committee (Jan 2026 to Dec 2028), MSK workgroup (Feb 2020 - current) and Integrated Palliative Care Model (May 2024 - May 2026), she continues to use her expertise and passion to shape community rehab in Singapore.
She has also contributed to various publications over the years, most recently co-authoring “Re-designing the experience of transition into nursing homes: A Singapore study” in 2024.
Irene has a Masters in Clinical Physiotherapy (Manipulative Therapy) and continues to see physiotherapy clients at NTUC Health to keep up her practice currency.
