A holistic Home Care experience for you by NTUC Health!
What are Home Care Services?
Home care services cover a range of care services, such as nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and basic personal care such as showering, in the comfort of home. Home care services aim to support elderly, disabled or ill individuals to continue living at home while receiving the care they need. Home care services also provide respite care when the domestic helper is on leave, professional housekeeping services, companionship, light meal preparation, and can provide services like running errands and grocery shopping.
What is enhanced Home Personal Care (HPC+)
The Ministry of Health (MOH) is enhancing the Home Personal Care (HPC) Service. The Enhanced Home Personal Care (HPC+) service, which will take effect from 1 April 2026, introduces a more structured and flexible framework to better support seniors and caregivers in the community. Under HPC+, services will be streamlined into clearly defined modules - Housekeeping, Personal Care, Custodial Support, as well as Fall and Movement Monitoring and Response. Fixed service hour bundles and subsidy caps are also introduced to provide greater clarity, transparency, and sustainability in care planning. This allows families to customise care according to their needs. These enhancements aim to strengthen ageing-in-place support, ensuring seniors can continue to live safely and comfortably at home with appropriate levels of care.

We also assist them with administrative support such as applications to enable them to continue to live well within the community.
Module D: Fall and Movement Monitoring and Response
We work with partners to provide 24/7 round-the-clock monitoring services. This includes monitoring and promptly responding to fall alerts, conducting necessary triaging or verification, and activating emergency medical response (EMR) services when needed.
