SteadyStrength is a long term-maintenance exercise programme designed to:
This programme is designed by physiotherapists, and conducted by trained staff. Exercises are conducted in small groups of up to 10 participants within a safe and supported environment.
It is suitable for seniors with:
Classes are conducted on Mondays and Thursdays, at 10am, for a 45-minute duration.

| Warm up | Gentle seated movements, stretching and breathing exercises to prepare clients for the session. |
| Main exercise | Structured exercises focusing on mobility, strength, balance, cueing strategies and voice projection to support functional maintenance. |
| Cool down | Light stretching and breathing exercises to end the session safely and comfortably. |
