| Welcome and Check-in | Brief check-in and introduction, setting intentions for caregivers' well-being and seniors’ cognitive health. |
| Opening Circle | Gentle sharing or movement to help participants settle in. Each session begins with a simple prompt to support calm, connection, and readiness for practice. |
| Guided Mindfulness and Cognitive Stimulation | Meditation, deep breathing, gratitude practice, and brain exercises to support mental clarity, reduce caregiver stress, and enhance cognitive well-being. |
| Wellness Coaching, Reflection and Sharing | Interactive discussion on caregiver stress management, brain-boosting lifestyle habits, and supporting long-term cognitive health with a focus on emotional resilience and building support networks. |
Duration: 1.5 hours per session

Fees are $100 per month (4 sessions) for each participant. This monthly fee can be prorated in the first month.
