Physiotherapy aims to help individuals identify and maximise their ability to move and function throughout the years. Specifically, physiotherapy helps improve one’s quality of life by promoting optimal mobility, physical activity and overall health and wellness. It involves hands-on exercises for different parts of the body to relief pain, improve muscle strength, joint range and mobility.
