Our fitness classes incorporate both fitness equipment and bodyweight exercises. Participants will be rotated between different stations for a full body workout for the Functional Strength Training and X-Fit, or be paired up to practise kicking and punching drills for Kickboxing.
Besides learning a new exercise, you can also get to meet like-minded people in the class!
