The 2022 annual report highlights NTUC Health’s ongoing focus to grow our reach to serve more seniors, both the well and frail. It also shares our care philosophy of supporting seniors to live agelessly.
An origami paper tear-out can be found within this publication with step-by-step instructions on how to fold an origami crane. Origami is a popular craft activity among our seniors and the crane represents the grace, dignity and longevity that we desire for all our seniors and partners.

Annual Report 2021
Life can be evergreen when we have youth in our hearts. Indeed, our seniors have continued to stay active and do things they enjoy; one of which is gardening! 2021's annual report features stories of seniors who stay ageless by celebrating life and the good things it continues to offer.
A seed paper insert was also incorporated into the 2021 annual report - for readers to plant - an ode to the timeless qualities of hope and wonder, that enable our seniors to adapt and thrive.

Annual Report 2020
The last year was a challenging one for all of us. Our seniors demonstrated resilience amidst the pandemic as we continued to support them and their families, pushed ahead with new initiatives, and invested in service quality and efficiency. The pandemic also saw an uptick in seniors embarking on their digital journey.
